To the Citizens of the United States of America, the Biden Administration, US Congress, State
Legislations, and the World.
On this day, July 4th, 2021...
The People's Declaration of Constitutional Restoration, to preserve the Constitution of the United States of America.
When in the course of human events, it becomes necessary for the people to protect themselves, their property, and their livelihoods from their own government, it is time to dissolve those political bands in which political leaders have violated their oath, promoted fear mongering, and condoned civil unrest for their own political gain, and to assume the powers given them by the Laws of Nature and their Creator that are protected under the Constitution of this land. A decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to abolish those bands.
We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal no matter their race, culture, or creed, that they are equally held accountable under the laws of this land, that these laws protect certain unalienable rights endowed by their Creator, that these rights shall not be infringed upon by any person, organization, or agency acting under governmental authority, and that among these rights are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. To secure these rights, governments are instituted among men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, and whenever any form of government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the right of the people to alter or to abolish it, and to restore a government of the people and by the people, laying its foundation on the Constitution and organizing its powers in such form as to secure the blessings of liberty and the happiness of freedom. Governments long established should not be changed for light and impassioned causes, but after a long train of abuses and hypocrisy by officials within that government, pursuing personal gain and absolute power, it is the people's right and their duty to remove those corrupt officials and to provide trusted representatives for the future security of the people. To prove this, let facts be submitted before the world.
Government officials have openly advocated for the overthrow of our constitutional form of government which is a criminal offense under
5 U.S.C. 7311 (1).
Government officials have publicly advocated for civil unrest, promoted destruction of our cities and towns, and condoned violence against citizens, personal property, local, state and federal law enforcement.
Government officials have openly called for threats and violence against the president, other government officials, and private citizens who oppose the questionable election and/or their agenda.
Government officials have failed to act and investigate voter fraud after probable cause was presented, thus neglecting their responsibility to assure free and fair elections for the American people.
Government officials openly twist facts and information on riots and protests, promoting racism and division for political gain.
Government officials use fear mongering to restrict religious freedom, which is protected under the Constitution.
Government officials allow private companies to violate the right to free speech, which is protected under the Constitution.
Government officials restrict and infringe on the right to bear arms, which is protected under the Constitution.
Government officials were derelict in their duties and violated the Constitution in an attempt to impeach a sitting president and then again a private citizen, in an attempt to restrict him from running for public office, without evidence of a crime.
Government officials are violating constitutionally protected rights by using fear to force an untested vaccine and vaccine passport on American citizens.
Government officials, spearheaded by the Biden administration, have signed treaties with the United Nations regarding gun registration, climate control, and treatment of pandemics, essentially handing over national sovereignty to unelected global bureaucrats.
Government officials abused the power of their office to force small businesses to shut down while allowing corporations to stay open, keep American citizens at home while allowing uncontrolled mobs to riot without accountability, and mandate the unscientific wearing of masks and the abdication of visits to loved ones while violating their own ordinances by traveling, visiting others, and avoiding masks.
The same government officials continue to add to the list of atrocities and treachery committed against the American people and violate the Constitution of the United States of America without regard or accountability. They have forgotten their responsibility to represent the American people and abused the power that we invested in them to secure the homeland and protect our interests abroad.
The current presidential administration is also violating the Constitution by way of Article II, Section 1, that states "the executive Power shall be vested in a President of the United States of America." Part of that executive power, as expressed in Section 3, is that "he shall take care that the laws be faithfully executed." This clause, known as the Take Care Clause, requires the president to enforce all constitutionally valid acts of Congress, regardless of his own administration's view of their wisdom or policy. The clause imposes a duty on the President; it does not confer a discretionary power.
All facts of their unconstitutional acts, violations of their oaths of office, violations of the rights of the American people, and treason against the Constitution of the United States are public knowledge, which has been documented in writing, by video, or openly admitted.
In every stage of these criminal actions, we the people have petitioned for redress in the most humble of terms: our repeated petitions have either not been answered or dismissed as false claims, without deliberation.
We have warned them by contacting designated government officials. We have reminded them of the rights of the American people set forth by the first and second amendments of the Constitution. We have appealed to their sense of justice. We have reminded them of our spirit of resistance while demonstrating patriotic restraint. Our voices have continued to fall on deaf ears. So we have taken great care to follow the steps laid forth within the Constitution to protect the rights of the American people.
We, therefore, stand ready to secure a state of freedom with the force of arms, appealing to the Supreme Judge of the world for the rectitude of our intentions, do, in the name and by the authority of the good people of these United States of America, solemnly publish and declare, that We the People are free and independent; that we are absolved from all allegiance to an unconstitutional government, and that all political connection between them and the American People, is and ought to be totally dissolved; and that as a free and independent nation, we have full power to levy war, conclude peace, contract alliances, establish commerce, and to do all other acts and things to restore our Constitutional Republic as it was founded. And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our lives, our fortunes and our sacred honor.
